OPTIMIZATION PROJECT REVIEW
In 2014, the choice was made within a local commercial organization to focus on "Strategic Quality & Compliance", with the initial focus on harmonizing various expertise within the domains of quality and compliance. The implementation of a "One Voice" on regulatory requirements resulted in significant reduction of time lost due to repetitive discussions and inconsistent advice. Through close collaboration between all involved, a working method was developed in which quality and compliance were integrated from the earliest stages of projects. This early involvement made it possible to include advice from various domains in the development process. This open coordination provided space to explore new areas, which in turn created opportunities for more innovative projects.
